CAD Drawing

Having a CAD design for manufacturing (DFM) is vital. It translates the piece into ‘cutting and joinery speak’ and can often reduce the manufacturing costs, especially where it exposes any limitations of the design, allowing our experts to find solutions to them.

So we use our DFM CAD drawing process to optimise your CAD file and design a viable product. And then we can show you – and you can show your customer – exactly what it’s going to look like. In this way, what you have envisaged truly comes to life.

Sustainable Timber

We source sustainable timber from across the globe. It meets either FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) standards. And our supply chain processes ensure that we maintain integrity of timber accredited under the two standards.

Collaborative Working

We can work with you to supply fully-finished joinery pieces. We’re equally happy when collaborating with other suppliers and artisans. For example, we may work with upholsterers when creating restaurant banquettes and seating, or with glass and metalwork companies on framed window sets.
